Receive all the knowledge you need to launch your business idea. In the validation phase (4 weeks) you fine-tune your idea and test it manually. In the build phase (6 weeks) you starting building a proper MVP and learn how to market it.
Each week, another coach or entrepreneur will teach you his knowledge in an evening session. ​

Receive feedback and connect with seasoned entrepreneurs as the wrap-up to the validation phase. And possibly meet your first advisor or even business angel.

Weekly Check-Ins keep you on track. Present your progress and receive feedback from your coach, mentors and peers.

You go on the journey with 20-30 like-minded founders. Share experiences, learn with each other and possibly even find a co-founder. ​

The Schedule
Every Monday is our big day check in and absorb new knowledge:

Progress Check-In: Every Monday at 6 pm for 1 hour

Workshops: Every Monday at 7 pm for 2-3 hours by one coach

Office Hours: Ask the team every Friday morning 10 am for specific questions

Extend your validation with qualitative and quantitative validation approaches.
Week 3
3. Business Modeling 101
Understand unit economics and financial key metrics that make a great idea also a viable business.
Week 4
4. Mentor Madness
Receive feedback and inspiration from our mentors and network with possible business angels.
Week 5
5. MVP Product Building
Build your tech product with latest AI tools as a non-tech person.
Week 6
6. Digital Marketing
Learn how the most important channels (SEO, SEA and Social) work and how to navigate them.
Week 7
7. Pricing Fundamentals
Understand how to price your product to optimally balance numbers of customers and margin.
Week 8
8. Sales Strategy
Learn how to think about sales in a strategic way and what to do and what to avoid.
Week 9
9. Finance & Funding
Construct a proper business case and learn about relevant funding options.
Week 10
10. Legal & Tax for Startups
Learn which kind of entity suits your business and what tax implications come with it.
