📑 Chris will shed some light on basic principles of the patent game so that you can better assess, whether or not a patent is really targeting what it should supporting your business.

Instead of giving you a lecture in patent law, this talk shall focus on basic principles and actionable items so you become a more educated partner for your legal advisers when it comes to patents. 🤜🏻🤛🏾

Chris leases with inventors or business stakeholders on a regular basis when it comes to patents. A large part of his role is about translating the world of patents into an R&D environment or a business context. Typically, patents need quite some explaining for non-patent people.

Chris works as patent attorney in the patent department of a German semiconductor manufacturer. He likes to consider patents more than just a pile of paper. He is passionate about building patent portfolios so they are a tool enabling and supporting a business.
