MENTORSHIP
GUIDELINES
Being a mentor at Berlin Startup School means to accompany founders during the development of their idea. The following guidelines provide the framework for all mentors in the startup program.
Be
Respectful
During the mentorship it might happen that both mentor and mentee have different opinions. However, we want everybody to respect the others' point of view. Even if this means that not all advice is being
implemented.
Capture Progress
You will be asked to give a monthly feedback about the progress of your team. More details will be provided by the Community Management before each batch.
Be
Available
For each batch we have 3 dates on which we would like you to be present: On the Kick-off, the Mentor Madness Day and the Demo Day. The dates will be communicated before each batch.
