True cost of an employee: Salary Cost Calculation done right

And it’s perfectly normal, because companies, projects, startups, they are all about the people and for the people. So it’s crucial to understand what are these costs made of, but more importantly what are the hidden costs and how can we use them to steer our startup into the right direction

Of course, when we are talking about costs, it’s just as important to talk about the benefits (or downsides) these might bring.

If we look at a cost just in absolute value, it might seem too big, unacceptable. That is why it’s important to attach the benefit next to the cost and measure the net effect this will have in our companies. ⭐️
